Our Theory of Change
Rise (formerly WWO) works with more than 150 local partners to create trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions at critical transition points in children’s lives in underserved communities globally to break intergenerational cycles of poverty, conflict and inequality. Leveraging the power of play, we help children – and their caregivers – overcome trauma and develop the social-emotional skills they need to thrive.
